MARSHA COX
Marsha has captained the South African Women’s Hockey Team and is also the most capped national athlete, in any sport, in South Africa. She has played in three Olympic Games (2004 Athens, 2008 Beijing and 2012 London), four Commonwealth Games and four World Cups.
Marsha has mentored many Olympic athletes from 2019 to 2021 and is currently involved in youth hockey coaching and “Hoofdklasse” club management in the Netherlands.
MARI DU PREEZ
Mari has been a karate instructor since 2016 and has competed locally, provincially, nationally and internationally in Karate since 1982. She has a BA Honours in Criminology, majoring in Criminal Psychology.
She has been performance coaching athletes in various sports (like karate, horse riding, cricket, hockey, etc) since 2017.
She has been a member of the Coaches Commission for the World Union of Karate-Do Federations (WUKF), since Sep 2020 and in Sep 2022, she was re-elected to WUKF’s amalgamated Athletes and Coaches Commission.
KIM HUBACH
Kim has played in the South African National Women’s Hockey team and is the most capped Senior Provincial player in South Africa. She has played in the Commonwealth Games, the Hockey World Cup, AFCON and the Champions Challenge.
She has 20 years coaching experience on various levels from ages 5 to Provincial u21 & Senior level.
Kim is also the current convener of Selectors for South Africa’s National Hockey Women’s team.
